Dusty Derbykeeps things simple. We don't use advertising cookies or third-party trackers. Instead, we use a small amount of your browser's own storage to make the game work and remember your choices. This notice explains what's stored and why.

What we store, and why

  • Age confirmation— so you don't have to confirm you're 18 or over every single visit.
  • Storage preference— your choice from the storage notice, so we don't keep asking.
  • Game progress — your virtual points balance, kept so the arena feels the same next time you roll in.
  • Game settings — simple preferences such as whether sound and music are switched on.

What we don't use

  • No advertising or marketing cookies.
  • No third-party analytics or tracking pixels.
  • No cross-site profiling of any kind.

Is this stored on your device or ours?

Everything described above lives in your own browser, on your own device. It isn't sent to our servers and isn't shared with anyone else.

How to clear it

You're always in control. You can remove this stored data at any time:

  • Open your browser's settings or history.
  • Choose the option to clear browsing data or site data.
  • Select this site (or all sites) and confirm.

Using private or incognito browsing will also stop anything being kept once you close the window. Clearing the data simply resets your age confirmation, preferences and virtual points.
